Report on the revised timetable for consideration of the Regulated
Mobile Homes Sites (Wales) Bill
1. On 25 October 2012, the Business Committee laid a report, in accordance with Standing Order 26.7, setting out a deadline of 22 February 2013 for the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee to consider and report on the general principles of the Regulated Mobile Homes Sites (Wales) Bill.
2. The Business Committee also agreed that Stage 2 proceedings should be completed by 10 May 2013, subject to the general principles of the Bill being agreed by the Assembly.
3. On 12 March 2013, the Business Committee agreed to amend the deadline for the completion of Stage 2 proceedings to 21 June 2013, in accordance with Standing Order 26.8, to allow more time to bring forward amendments following the Stage 1 report.
